1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and GrowthBlueprint Marketing Inc. ("GrowthBlueprint," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada, with its principal place of business at 1638 Dickson Avenue, Kelowna, BC V1Y 7X8.
By accessing or using our website at growthblueprint.life (the "Site") or engaging our B2B marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or our services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
GrowthBlueprint operates at growthblueprint.life as a B2B marketing agency. We do not offer personal development, life coaching, wellness programmes, or any services aimed at individual self-improvement. All services described on the Site and in Service Agreements are commercial marketing services for business clients.
2. Description of services
GrowthBlueprint provides growth blueprint design, acquisition scaffold planning, acquisition map development, funnel blueprint architecture, retention layer design, momentum blueprint management, channel ramp sequencing, expansion scaffold planning, scale plan development, and related B2B marketing consulting services (collectively, the "Services"). Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for paid engagements are defined in separate written proposals or service agreements ("Service Agreements") that supplement these Terms.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails for that specific engagement. These Terms govern all other use of the Site and general relationship principles.
Services are provided exclusively to business clients for commercial marketing purposes. GrowthBlueprint does not provide life coaching, personal development coaching, career counselling, motivational speaking for individuals, or wellness consulting.
3. Website use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers, or connected systems.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Site or contact form.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site using automated means without our prior written consent.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or other users' access.
- Impersonate GrowthBlueprint, our employees, or other persons or entities.
- Fill honeypot fields or otherwise attempt to circumvent form security measures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a security or legal risk.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, upward path SVG motifs, the GrowthBlueprint name, growth blueprint framework terminology, and software — is owned by GrowthBlueprint or our licensors and protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.
For client engagements, intellectual property ownership of deliverables — including growth blueprints, acquisition scaffolds, acquisition maps, funnel blueprints, retention layers, momentum blueprints, scale plans, and creative assets — is defined in the applicable Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, clients receive a licence to use deliverables for their stated commercial marketing purposes upon full payment.
5. Client engagements
Engagement of GrowthBlueprint Services requires a signed Service Agreement or written acceptance of a proposal. Key terms typically include:
- Scope of work defining growth lanes, blueprint phases, growth milestones, and deliverables.
- Project timeline with channel ramp schedule and blueprint phase checkpoints.
- Client responsibilities including timely feedback, asset provision, data access, and stakeholder availability.
- Revision rounds and change request procedures.
- Confidentiality obligations for both parties.
Growth blueprint briefs offered as discovery sessions may be provided with or without fee as stated at the time of booking. Attendance does not obligate either party to proceed with a full engagement.
6. Fees and payment
Service fees are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due within the period specified in the Service Agreement, typically net fifteen or net thirty days. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by British Columbia law, whichever is lower.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST (Registration: 834567890 RT0001). Client is responsible for all taxes associated with Services except taxes based on GrowthBlueprint's net income.
We may suspend Services for accounts more than thirty days overdue until payment is received in full.
7. Marketing disclaimer
Marketing results depend on industry, budget, creative execution, competitive landscape, market conditions, and factors outside GrowthBlueprint's control. We do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion rates, lead volumes, return on investment, search rankings, or any particular marketing outcome.
Case studies, statistics, and examples on the Site are illustrative and anonymised. Past performance of GrowthBlueprint or its clients is not indicative of future results. Projections or estimates provided during growth blueprint briefs or proposals are good-faith assessments based on available information, not promises of performance.
GrowthBlueprint provides strategic marketing frameworks and execution support. Implementation quality, market response, and internal client capacity significantly affect outcomes. Clients are responsible for final approval of all campaigns, budgets, and creative before deployment.
Nothing on the Site or in our communications constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Clients should consult appropriate professionals for advice beyond marketing strategy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrowthBlueprint and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) content or materials you provide to GrowthBlueprint for use in Services, including claims that such content infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
11. Privacy
